Biography: While attending law school, Jim clerked for Law School Dean Howard Kolodner. He was also a teaching assistant for the legal writing program. For seven years before joining Bascom, Budish & Ceman, S.C., Jim concentrated his practice in civil litigation. Since joining with Timothy Bascom in 1988, Mr. Budish's primary focus has been on the defense of worker's compensation claims.
